Located in the heart of Norwich, Ontario, my journey started when I experienced profound personal transformation through holistic energy practices like Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy,  Reiki, and Herbal plant medicine. With years of dedicated practice and training, I realized my calling was to share these healing techniques with others, providing a safe space for people to achieve holistic wellness.
